Q1: How soon will I get a quote after submitting this form?

We usually respond within 10–15 minutes during working hours via WhatsApp or phone call.

Q2: Do you provide packing material?

Yes! We use high-quality boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and everything needed to safely pack your items.

Q3: Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges. All costs are clearly discussed before booking. Transparency is our policy.

Q4: Do you shift outside the city or state?

Yes, we offer both local and all-India shifting services.

Q5: What items are not allowed for shifting?

We don’t shift gas cylinders, alcohol, oil, chemicals, or any illegal items.

Q6: Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without any extra charges.

Q7: How do I make the payment?

You can pay via UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, or cash — whichever is easiest for you.

Q8: Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?

We require 80% advance payment before packing begins, and 20% after delivery.

Q9: Is there a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes — if you cancel your booking before 24 hours  , we refund the advance (after cut  small admin fees if applicable). No refund after 24 hours cancellations.

Q10: Will I get a bill or receipt for the payment?

Yes, we provide proper receipts and GST invoices if required.
